- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Leading and managing HR, Talent Management, and HR Support Services teams
- Overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws
- Identifying training needs and developing staff enhancement programs
- Advising on long-term business planning
- Leading transformative initiatives within the organization
- Collaborating with management on process improvements and technology implementations
- Performing other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field (master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Organizational skills and vision for departmental leadership
- Active membership in SHRM preferred
