    Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

    12 month contract to hire

    Dallas, TX

    Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week)

    One of our Fortune 15 Telecommunications clients are looking to bring on a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect. The Consumer Technology experience team is delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences. As the Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect your bold ideas and fearless risk-taking to redefine connectivity and transform how the world shares stories and experiences that matter.

    As the Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect you will be responsible for understanding the assigned module, its data structures, how it is designed to be used, and how it interacts with other ServiceNow modules. This role will work closely with the architecture and CMDB teams on the rollout or on-going support of ServiceNow modules across our ServiceNow ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify major use cases throughout the entire organization for where the supported ServiceNow module could be used.
    • Define when the module should and should not be used for those use cases
    • Assemble adhoc teams of internal experts to represent the major use cases.
    • Working as a team, define and document a baseline process for how the ServiceNow module will be used. All use-case specific processes must be based on this base process.
    • Establish and document how tenants can use (configure, develop, etc.) the module within their projects.
    • Approve requests to modify from out of the box..
    • Participate in the ServiceNow Front Door process, working with tenants and prospective tenants to determine right-fit and help solution new use cases.
    • Identify what needs to be done to operationalize the module.
    • Identify development and support team.
    • Identify staffing requirements.
    • Abide by all Stewardship Principles.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience.
    • 5-8 years of project experience with ServiceNow
    • Experience in building multiple versions systems addressing performance and scale.
    • Experience developing technical documentation on applications and systems.
    • Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams.
