    Job Description

    ServiceNow Platform Architect

    1. The ServiceNow Platform Architect will be a trusted technical advisor and a valued partner on our transformation journey with ServiceNow for our client.
    2. The Architect will call on insight they've gained in successful ServiceNow projects to help us make the right technical decisions that will deliver the business outcomes for our clients.
    3. The Architect will form solutions and proposals to present and expand TechM's footprint at Customer.
    4. The Architect will establish an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy setting the foundation for enduring success of proposed solution to Customer.
    5. Drives standardization and best practice platform management, enabling you to focus on value delivery.
    6. Institute technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long-term technical risk.
    7. Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovation that drive new value.
    8. Build a platform/solution team focused on delivering value and innovation to our clients.
    9. The Platform Architect will extend beyond technical expertise with proven management consulting and professional services experience
    10. In collaboration with our client platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams, the Architect engagement will provide guidance in technical success focus areas determined to be essential in helping TechM achieve our desired outcomes.
    11. The Architect will find the right technical path and keeps our solutions aligned with proven best practices with Customer focus.
    This role will need to;

    1. Establish and work with our Client partners to create and integrate a TechM supplied enterprise-wide solutions and technical architecture.

    2. Set the implementation strategy of various ServiceNow modules and set the foundation for TechM's ability to supply solutions to Customer.

    3. Drive standardization and best practice platform management, enabling TechM to focus on value delivery.

    The Architect will
    1. Apply their deep understanding of system and software architecture to design complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Customer.
    2. Practical and real-life experience in enterprise-wide networks and services needs to be demonstrated
    3. They will lead and prescribe clients to best practice and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
    4. They will direct a team of technical architects and specialists that design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems for our business clients.
    5. They are responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems, overseeing the implementation o]f programs, and liaising with the software development team as needed.
    6. They need to have a knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands-on experience in software development.
    7. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and C#. Ability to solve complex IT issues.

    15. Defines, guides, and supports the execution of our technical governance processes
    16. Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
    17. Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform
    18. Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve our desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption
    19. Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
    20. Builds the right strategy to create a solid foundation to support our business case and future growth
