Plainville is looking for an IT specialist (m/f/d) for projects and customer support.

Description

As an IT specialist (m/f/d), you will support and advise customers as a technical expert for software and hardware.

You will be responsible for administration and monitoring of the entire infrastructure, including servers, maintenance, hosting, features, backups, customer configurations, etc.

You will also provide support for any issues or malfunctions with software or hardware.

Your role will involve direct involvement in projects and close interaction with customers, not only in support but also in project implementation and training employees on the technology.

Job offer

Professional requirements
