We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and seniors.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:


  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and seniors
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Administer medication and monitor vital signs as required
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
  • Document observations and report any changes in behavior or health status

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
  • Knowledge of direct support systems and techniques
  • Ability to perform patient care tasks such as taking vital signs and administering medication
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals under your care
  • First aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
