We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.


Duties:


  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
  • Implement behavior management techniques as needed
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications:

  • Experience in caregiving or a related field such as hospice care or direct support
  • Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of healthcare systems
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Background in nursing or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques
