    Today we own 2.2GW of solar and through our Operations and Maintenance Services business, Cypress Creek Solutions, we operate 4.8GW of solar projects.

    The Cypress Creek Solutions organization offers a variety of services to the solar and storage market including turnkey operations and maintenance contracts, module washing, array services, EPC milestone inspections, and Inverter Specialty Services.

    The Role


    This is a strategic position that will be dedicated to assisting and supporting all warehousing and logistics needs of the Eastern Distribution Center (EDC).

    The role will focus on, but not limited to assisting the physical management of inventory and the facility understanding and improving systems that support inventory and warehouse management in a growing organization.

    This is a full-time role based in Fuquay-Varina, NC.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Receiving inbound deliveries, conducting quality inspections, vetting bill of ladings (BOL), proof of delivery (POD), and packing slips and stock put-away in compliance with CCR policies

    Processing orders including picking, packing, and shipping and associated system entry

    Generating shipping documents as required

    Assisting other supply chain activities as needed

    Assisting internally with the team and with third party customers to conduct cycle counts, spot check reviews, physical inventories and required reporting

    Assisting with both internal and external parties to conduct quality assurance audits as required

    Assisting the team to ensure processes are created, implemented, and communicated internally

    Assisting with new service part and/or product creation in accordance to standard guidelines

    Ensuring that all shipping & handling instructions are followed to avoid warranty issues

    Assisting with providing regular data & reports to management as requested

    Assisting with maintaining a clean and safe environment

    Other warehouse functions as requested

    Preferred Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


    The ideal candidate will have at least 2 – 4 years' experience in warehousing/fulfillment and/or inventory management with a background in renewable energy preferred.

    The position will require minimal travel, however, the need may arise from time to time. Attention to detail is essential with the ability to operate in a fast moving and constantly evolving environment. Administrative tasks are essential, so an all-in approach is necessary.
