- Supervise and works with maintenance personnel performing preventive maintenance and repairs of all production equipment
- Coordinates the maintenance of facility parking lots, lawns, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and janitorial services
- Supports installation of new equipment in all facilities to include shipping, rigging, electrical, air and water requirements
- Responsible for maintaining a consumable inventory to support maintenance of the facility and its equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment for janitorial services
- Knowledgeable in the function and preventive maintenance of all building systems: including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Able to operate common hand tools, power tools, and yard equipment. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organized and detail oriented, able to follow process requirements with a systematic approach.

- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
- Facilities Technician must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2 years' experience working in a maintenance or repair role.
- Must have mature work habits and good communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate production schedules and equipment downtime.
