At Picnic, we are revolutionizing the way people shop for groceries in Osaka, VA.

With a delivery service that saves time and a supply chain that fights food waste, we have eliminated the need for physical stores and instead use a purely app-based approach and user-centered philosophy to make grocery shopping fast, easy, and enjoyable.


In a nutshell, the recruiting team in NRW is responsible for selecting and hiring new commercial employees (shoppers and runners) for our fulfillment centers (FCs) and hubs.

The team consists of a mix of experienced and younger recruiters who together handle approximately 1500 calls per week.

As a recruiting supervisor, your week will consist of three supervisor days and two office days. On supervisor days, you will use your helicopter perspective to oversee all processes and ensure smooth operations. You will prioritize based on goals, monitor difficult situations, and be available to the recruiting team for any questions.

On office days, you will have more time to work with your colleagues in the team. You will support a group of 12 to 15 recruiters in their work and personal development. You will be a listening ear, conduct employee conversations, and keep an eye on workload. As a supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team and ensuring that working at Picnic is fun

In addition, you will work on projects to optimize the hiring process. You will analyze data and identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with various teams within Picnic to implement
