Your main tasks:

Ensuring the production program in medical manufacturing, including sampling/DOE of injection molding tools
Strategic and operational organization of production in coordination with the clean room area
Key figure and customer-oriented production control
Motivating leadership and continuous development of employees in the medical manufacturing sector
Implementation of medical technology standards

You offer us:

Training as a technician (m/f/d) / Bachelor's degree in injection molding production
Experience in planning and controlling work processes
Employee management skills
Knowledge of laws and standards in medical technology (13485, 14644, GMP)
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Independent and precise work style
Teamwork, task-related resilience and flexibility, as well as initiative
Good communication skills
