- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
- Must be knowledgeable in modern arboriculture, and implement that knowledge on a day-to-day basis in meetings with clients and staff.
- Must communicate scope of work in detail and follow industry standards from start to finish.
- The primary objective for the Sales Arborist is to follow up on requests for service, generate sales opportunities, and meet sales goals while creating positive customer interactions.
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- CRM experience preferred
- A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred
- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
- You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
