Castle Auto Group is hiring AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS at this time We are hiring at both locations in Portage, Indiana - Castle Subaru and Castle Mitsubishi.

Are you a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills? We seek a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team and help grow our business.

As a sales consultant, you will build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases.

Using excellent communication and listening skills, you will help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget.

Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform highquality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
