    We are redefining intelligent network management using RUCKUS One.

    We are looking for VP Cloud Engineering leader who sees the big picture, can span the breadth of the product, jump into the depths of different topics and bring fresh ideas all while leading a cross geo engineering team.

    The mission of our team is to build the next generation of smart and intelligent network management solution that is simple and fast.

    This includes aspects of large-scale distributed system design, networking, security, configuration and automatic orchestration and many more areas. You will be involved with our fast-paced releases. The role requires a deep understanding cloud-related technologies, management platforms, networking, and Wi-Fi

    Responsibilities:
    Work with Product Management in defining features and roadmap for management and analytics of networking solutions based on switches and wifi access points, evolving to broader enterprise SDWAN

    Lead engineering, drive operational excellence, and establish metrics and processes that shape an engineering culture of solidarity, ownership, goal alignment, critical thinking, and tenacity.

    Own architecture to delivery of reliable, scalable and secure solutions
    Continue to build out the team, develop leaders and coach software development lifecycle standard methodologies.
    Foster relationships and collaborate with multi-functional teams across the globe.
    Monitor customer feedback and use data to adjust strategy, tactics, and execution.

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelors or Master's degree with proven experience of leading and handling distributed team in networking and cloud
    technology, and creating great customer experiences. Must have experience in Cloud Software Development.
    Ability to lead, influence and deliver results in a complex technical and business environment.
    Experience with fast paced agile development with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of SaaS services.
    Experience developing on Public-Cloud (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS) while using modern PaaS for delivering scalable cloud solutions
    Well versed and understanding of SaaS business model, business strategy, etc.
    Multifaceted thinking with the ability to make current decisions that prevent future tech debt or inhibiting long-term development
    LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. THIS POSITION IS NOT BUDGETED FOR RELOCATION OR IMMIGRATION.

    The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Peformance Incentive Plan.

    In addition, candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave optionsOur salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs.

    Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

    This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $250, ,000.00.
