Your responsibilities

Planning, organizing and possibly conducting nursing visits, staff and team meetings, as well as resident and family discussions
Personnel management and leadership of the nursing and social care departments
Ensuring the quality of care and documentation according to MDK-QPR in close cooperation with residents, family members, nursing team, and other departments

What is expected of you

A completed vocational training as a registered nurse in elderly care or health care, as well as a completed degree in nursing or further education as a nursing service manager according to §71SGB XI
