What you'll be doing

Conducting user research activities, such as moderated usability tests, online studies, and ideation workshops with customers
Assisting with the preparation, execution, and analysis of automatic user studies using tools like UserZoom, UserTesting, and Qualtrics
Communicating effectively with the UX, product management, and development teams
Supporting internal and external user research communities
Managing logistics for study participants and creating result presentations
Measuring UX goals and metrics, as well as analyzing customer feedback data to generate insights

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a university program related to applied science, such as HCI, applied psychology, computer linguistics, software engineering, or interaction design
Experience with experimental design, research planning, statistical analysis, and reporting
Ability to work independently, manage small projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders
Fluent in English and German (C2 level)
