Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customers' technical issues and requests for consumable replacements, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide telephone support for hardware and software, consistently meeting set targets.
- Assist with quality exercises and consumable needs as required by the business.
- Take ownership of and responsibility for all customer inquiries.
- Escalate calls that cannot be resolved locally, as needed.
