- BS in an Business, Logistics or comparable field.
- 5+ years of production control/material logistics experience with at least one year of people leadership experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and professional presence
- Data oriented excels at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle change quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work in a Class 100 cleanroom environment, fully gowned in cleanroom attire.

As the Production Control Manager, your team is responsible for achieving metric excellence for establishing, building, and leading the Production Control team for the startup of the worlds largest Silicon Carbide manufacturing facility. You and your team will be responsible for planning starts, tracking and shipping WIP, receiving inputs and ensuring On Time Delivery.
This posting is for a position that will directly support operations at the John Palmour Manufacturing Center for Silicon Carbide, our expansion site in Siler City, NC. The person in this role will train at our Durham, NC headquarters initially.
