In 2021, UCAMBIO acquired over 30 locations of Western Union International Bank throughout Germany and focuses on cash transfers and currency exchange.


Our employees from all over the world work tirelessly to provide excellent service and support to thousands of satisfied customers every day.

To ensure future success, we are looking to open more locations and adapt our available products and services.


We are currently seeking a Front Line Associate (m/f/d) for Offenbach (Herrnstraße) to join our team for our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality customer advice and support in the branch
  • Conduct money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handle administrative tasks related to our products
  • Perform necessary control functions during daily operations (cash handling, security)
  • Report to the Regional Manager and Branch Manager
  • Adhere to internal bank policies and relevant integrity and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a counter or cash register
  • Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good knowledge of English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, or other languages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Friendly, polite, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong customer orientation
