We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join the PATHS Dental Clinic team located just 53 miles from Durham, NC.
As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, consistent with accepted professional standards.
The clinic is part of a rapidly growing non-profit FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the community.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patients effectively, providing both preventative and restorative dental care.
Collaborate with a team of 6 dentists and 4 dental hygienists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a focus on patient satisfaction and establish positive relationships with clinic staff.
Adhere to all relevant ethical, legal, and professional guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care.
Requirements
Education:
Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS).
Licensure:
Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation:
$216,000 annually (based on experience).
