    Description

    We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Pizza cooks to join our culinary team for our Roey's location

    All interested applicants are encouraged to send their resume to

    The right person for the job will have a sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and experience making pizzas in a high volume atmosphere. Must have the ability to be flexible and constantly push to get the job done while producing quality products. Attention to detail is a must.

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and set up of stations
    • Overseeing the preparation and storage of pizza dough
    • Making pizzas and leading the shift
    • Expediting and handling special requests
    • Following recipes and meeting standards
    • Breaking down stations and creating prep lists for the next day.
    • Organization of coolers and Walk in
    • Maintaining Department of Health compliance in the kitchen
    • Leadership experience in BOH operations a plus
