    About the role

    We are looking for Pizza Cooks to join the Wonder team at our state-of-the-art facility in Newark, NJ.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Experience working in high volume pizzeria or restaurant where pizza dough is made from scratch
    • Food Safety and HACCP guideline knowledge including proper protein food safety temperatures and "danger zone" food temperatures.
    • Making pizza dough according to formulas
    • Must have 6 months to 1 year of high volume hand stretching Pizza dough experience
    • Comfortable working in a team environment
    • Ability to read and write and follow recipes
    • Versed in the metric system conversion

    Role Details

    • Salary: $ $23.00 (dependent on experience and culinary interview)
    • Job location: Newark, NJ
    • Full-Time

    Qualifications & Skills

    • MUST HAVE high volume experience dough production including hand stretching and shaping into pizza rounds & Squares
    • Must be able to remove dough ball from tray with a scrapper
    • Must be able to have any kind of pizza stretching technique
    • Able to operate a pizza oven
    • Must be able to stand for shift period while working
    • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
