    Responsibilities What you'll do:
    The Cloud Engineer has the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Analyze, plan, design, and implement security solutions for cloud-native platforms
    • Engage in technical planning meetings to finalize implementation schedules for new solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cloud security requirements
    • Develop and document requirements for design reviews
    • Create implementation strategies and plans to ensure optimal cloud performance and reliability for servers, networks, and related infrastructure
    • Provide analysis and make sound engineering recommendations to enhance the reliability and resilience of the cloud infrastructure
    • Monitor and report on cloud usage and strategize for continuous process enhancement. Contingent on Contract Award
    • Qualifications Basic Qualification:
    • U.S. Citizen eligible for U.S. Secret Security Clearance
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years, master's degree with 3 to 5 years, or PhD with 1 to 2 years of experience required; four (4) years of experience can be substituted instead of a bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of cloud design, configuration, and implementation experience
    • Four (4) years of Cloud Engineer experience may be considered in place of a degree
    • Proficiency in ADDS, ADFS, Azure AD, and Windows Server Operating Systems 2016 & up
    • Strong writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively conveying technical challenges and solutions to peers, clients, and senior management
    • Proactive, self-starting individual who takes ownership of task completion

    Preferred Qualification:
    • Active Secret Security Clearance
    • Familiarity with Remedy or ServiceNow trouble ticketing system
    • One or more Cloud Certifications
    • AWS Certified
    • Azure Certified
    • Cisco Certified Networking Administrator - Cloud
    • Cisco Certified Network Professional - Cloud
