Your Responsibilities:

Contact person (m|w|d) for executives as well as employees for all questions regarding: personnel administration, salary accounting, and company pension schemes
Interface to payroll accounting, preparation of salary accounting for an external service provider, and control of the accounting (pre and post work)
Management of all internal implementation processes for company pension schemes as well as quality control of the corresponding processes
Clarification of wage tax and social security law issues as well as calculation of monetary benefits and noncash benefits of all kinds
Support of social security and wage tax audits
Correspondence with authorities, offices, and social security institutions
Contact person (m|w|d) for company pensioners and actuaries
Compilation of documents and data for internal and external auditors
Optimization and further development of HR processes
Participation in projects and special topics

Your Profile:

Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on personnel management and possibly further education in the field of payroll and salary accounting
Several years of professional experience in the HR department (including salary accounting and company pension schemes)
