We are seeking an established professional full time Office Service Coordinatorwho will be responsible for the front office, along with building maintenance. You will be responsible for answering the switchboard with 20+ extensions. Duties will also include clerical and administrative support functions; greet and answer visitor questions, arrange meetings, coordinate meeting logistics/catered events.
You will provide local technical assistance with equipment maintenance, including computers and phones (Dell/Ring/Apple and android products). Phone support including: mobile devices, voicemail, and user programming. Set up of new computers including printers. Troubleshooting and assisting our IT department.

The salary range for this position is $29-33/hr. Other compensation includes but is not limited to mileage reimbursement and if applicable; housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
