As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Material Chaser (m/f/d) in full-time for our renowned client in the aerospace industry in Bremen, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities:

The main focus of this role will be to ensure that all necessary hardware is in stock at the ULPM factory to secure FM1+ module deliveries.

Chasing missing parts in B111-BRE
Coordinating with crossfunctional teams to meet integration dates
Monitoring live tracking of materials and conducting root cause analysis for any discrepancies
Managing risks and implementing mitigation actions to prevent or recover missing parts
Ensuring material needs and availability align with the Master Production Schedule and local Production Plans
Supporting and managing the endtoend process for DA/PO deliveries with JP teams in France and Germany
Facilitating the end supply chain process for associated NCR/waivers and ensuring consistency with configuration items
Ensuring material files are complete and ERP information is accurately filled in coordination with Supply Managers and Work Package Managers
Reporting and escalating any issues in daily QRQC and weekly management routines
Participating in daily performance routines (QRQC) and supporting the ULPM Product Manager in providing accurate overviews of missing parts and estimated delivery times

Your profile:

Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain/Logistics or Supply Chain Quality, or equivalent education
Project management experience
