What You Will Do:


  • Provide support to management with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or pending transactions
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and serve as a point of contact for colleagues and external providers
  • Coordinate and participate in projectrelated tasks and contribute to ongoing projects
  • Post and manage job advertisements, and schedule interviews with internal and external candidates
  • Gain proficiency in HR software such as Workday and ADP Celergo and use it to support the team on a daily basis

Who You Are:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in economics, psychology, business education, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Quick learner with a meticulous and independent working style
  • Innovative thinker who is proactive and open to trying new methods
  • Empathetic, personable, and a team player
