Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales-related, local marketing strategies and concepts for the defined department in coordination with the global marketing team.
  • You will support the launch of new products with comprehensive, indication-specific solutions.
  • Developing and improving market-oriented training concepts will be one of your tasks.
  • You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with local and national opinion leaders relevant to sales.
  • Adapting product-related advertising and informational materials for the local market will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will have the opportunity to organize and conduct national trade shows, events, and workshops.
  • You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with German professional societies.

Your Talents

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable education.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in the medical technology industry.
  • Strong customer orientation and systematic work style.
  • Excellent computer skills (proficiency in MS Office and SAP/CRM).
  • Ability to communicate and work well in a team.
