    Our Network Engineers are the architects behind our infrastructure's reliability and performance, tasked with developing, deploying, and maintaining network systems. Their expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from the technical specification and installation of network hardware to the strategic planning and design of network infrastructure. They ensure our network services meet current needs and are scalable for future demands. Their role is critical in maintaining our customers' networks' integrity, security, and efficiency, ensuring seamless operations and support across the organization.

    • Network and Infrastructure
      • Support and troubleshooting – according to competencies
      • Installation and configuration
    • First call escalation availability to Service Desk Techs and Analysts
    • Greatly reduced inbound %


    Minimum Education/Experience

    • 2+ years in a customer-facing service industry position
    • Associate Degree or higher in a related field OR comparable technical job experience (2-3 years).
    • Desired skillsets/certifications:
      • Net+/Sec+
      • Microsoft365 related training/certification
