Job Description:

Providing 1st level customer support for end users of the company's IT services using ITIL-based IT service management processes. This includes remote management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and request handling. You will also assist with IT lab activities, such as hardware and software installation.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Installation and maintenance of hardware and software for internal users and for IT lab activities
  • Monitoring of local data center, network, telephony, and applications
  • Data recovery in case of disruptions or outages
  • Problem analysis for disruptions and performance issues, identifying root causes
  • Creation and maintenance of hardware and software documentation
  • Coordination with external IT service providers
  • Participation in IT projects for support office and cinemas

Your Profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed an IT education or have equivalent qualifications or work experience in IT support or IT service desk/helpdesk
