medium-sized company located in Wendelstein near
Nuremberg and serves
national and international clients in the
production and repair of components in the
Defense & Space, Marine, and Civil Aviation industries.

We are currently seeking a new
Procurement and Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) to join and expand our team at our location in Wendelstein near Nuremberg.

Your responsibilities:

You will determine needs and place orders for products, utilizing our inventory management system to its full potential
You will maintain close contact with our international suppliers, monitor order confirmations, and ensure timely delivery
In case of delivery discrepancies, you will act as a liaison between our sales department and manufacturers, communicating and coordinating independently
Through close collaboration and coordination with our sales team, you will assist in pricing and placing products, directly impacting the company's results
You will ensure that data in the inventory management system is uptodate, regularly generate reports, and contribute to optimizing inventory levels

Your profile:

You have a commercial education with technical knowledge or a technical education with business expertise, ideally with several years of experience in a similar position such as technical procurement, warehouse logistics, or industrial clerical work
You possess the ability to generate reports from the ERP system and manipulate and condense information using software solutions such as Excel
