Are you interested in working as a Telephone Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for public insurance companies in Woodruff, UT?

We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for our inbound claims service department for motor vehicles.

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in customer service, you can expect the following tasks:

  • You will be the first point of contact on the phone and handle car breakdowns, accidents, and all other issues related to motor vehicles.
You will also initiate the necessary steps, such as:

  • Contacting national and international network partners for car breakdown assistance, towing, or recovery
  • Organizing vehicle storage, onward and return travel by train, plane, or taxi, providing a replacement vehicle in case of an accident, and arranging for the vehicle to be returned to the customer's home
  • Procuring car parts and keys
  • Managing the entire claims process after an accident, from recording the details to completion, including obtaining repair quotes, arranging for a replacement vehicle, and approving repairs

Qualifications:

  • You have previous experience in a commercial and/or serviceoriented field. We welcome both experienced professionals and career changers looking for a new challenge.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, as well
