With extensive industry experience of over 20 years, we see ourselves as a competent partner for successful energy providers.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) at our location in Neu Isenburg.

Responsibilities:

You are often the first personal contact for our applicants, answering their calls and inquiries and competently and friendly addressing their concerns.
You support the recruiters in the recruiting process, particularly through the administrative implementation of effective job postings, scheduling interviews, and other tasks related to our applicant management system.
You maintain and process job postings, effectively placing them on external portals targeted towards specific audiences.
You manage contract creation and maintain contract returns and all necessary data in our HR systems.
You work on various administrative projects.

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a passion for HR topics and processes.
You are interested in the opportunities of digitalization and enjoy working with IT systems.
Practical experience with SAP HR & CRM is an advantage but not a requirement.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are structured, precise, and able to work independently.
You have a quick grasp and can implement what you have learned in no time.
As an organizational talent, you love juggling multiple tasks at once.
You have the ability to think ahead and are
