    Office Assistant - Jack of All Trades – ENTRY-LEVEL: 1 Position Available
    *Jack of All Trades - organized, can work with paper & digital data, follow instruction, handle deadlines & light manual labor
    *Light manual labor - helping to clean/organize the office
    -Moving stacks of folders
    -Move/ dismantle office furniture with help if needed
    -Computer set-up (not required, but a PLUS)
    *Scanning files/ documents daily
    *Daily Payment Batching provided to management by end of day, no accounting background needed
    *Accounting data input and organization with oversight/ direction - these are files, records or data input, no accounting background needed
    *Statement creation for Accounts Payable, when prompted - can handle Accounts Payable due date reminders - will be processed by management
    *Errands - PO Box runs, supply orders
    *Project management - obtaining remodeling bids, follow-ups, keeping in touch with management
    *Putting together & tracking lists of projects/ deadlines


    Front Desk CSR/ Processor – ENTRY-LEVEL: 1 Position Available
    *Interact with & Greet ALL clients, companies & partners kindly and professionally, daily
    *Inbound call point-person – directing call to correct party & screening call to see if you can assist
    *Service existing client Book of Business including
    - Processing simple Certificates of Insurance
    - Processing simple endorsement requests
    - Processing simple policy Inquiries
    - Processing policy Inspections for Existing Book of Business & NEW Business
    - Processing policy Audits for Existing Book of Business & NEW Business
    *Account resolution - payment reminders, payment processing, policy reinstatement
    *Inbound Claims handling – filing claim, following up on claim, updating AMS with claim data notes with oversight/direction
    *Courtesy calls for renewals or follow-ups for new business, as needed or directed
    *Paper-processing - folders/files/transactions, scanning

    CSR/ Processor – ENTRY-LEVEL to Experienced: 1-2 Positions Available
    *Interact with clients and companies kindly and professionally, daily
    *Service existing client Book of Business including
    - Processing simple & complex Certificates of Insurance
    - Processing simple & complex endorsement requests with oversight/direction
    - Processing simple & complex policy Inquiries with oversight/direction
    - Resolving policy Inspections for Existing & NEW Book of Business
    - Resolving policy Audits for Existing & NEW Book of Business
    *Policy Retention – handling/resolving issues & processing policy Cancellations
    *Courtesy calls for renewals or follow-ups for new business, as directed
    *Obtain detailed and thorough information/data & complete detailed applications to submit to companies
    *Learn new company portals, quoting processes, closing processes
    *Quote new business and renewal business with oversight/ direction
    *Data input to tracking spreadsheets – real-time
    *Paper-processing - folders/files/transactions, scanning
    *Backup account resolution - payment reminders, payment processing, policy reinstatement


    Skills/Qualifications:
    Data Entry Skills, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel a MUST, Thoroughness, Organization, Typing, Attention to Detail, Decision Making, Informing Others, Internal Communications, Results Driven... No license needed for consideration but P&C license a PLUS for Experienced Positions
