    POSITION TITLE: Server Assistant

    DEPARTMENT: Front of House

    REPORTS TO: Restaurant General Manager

    SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A

    POSITION STATUS: This is a part-time position.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    As a Server Assistant your primary goal is to assist the serving team in providing guests with a complete full-service experience from the time they enter to the time they leave.

    DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Support Server-Hospitality Specialist Teams by assisting in dining room cleanliness and guest service.
    • Set, clear, and bus dining room tables.
    • Welcome all guests as they enter and leave.
    • Assist in pulling food and delivering to tables
    • Clean menus and stock Server side stations as needed.
    • Handle and pack take-out and delivery orders.

    Requirements

    ABOUT YOU

    We are looking for someone who is out-going, friendly, and someone who works well in a team environment. You will like this position if you have passion for sharing smiles and being part of a team committed to hospitality excellence. Here are some other qualifications needed for this position:

    Education and experience:
    • We train- No experience necessary
    • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
    Professional Requirements:
    • Pleasant and polite.
    • Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality.
    • Ability to coordinate, multitask and remain composed.
    Physical Settings and Schedule:
    • Ability to be scheduled on the weekends.
    • Be able to stand position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
    • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and carry items.
