Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a prompt and efficient manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
• Assist with bussing tables during peak hours
• Handle cash transactions using the cash register, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
• Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Proficient in basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
• Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
