    The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time

    Communication Manager

    with an active Top Secret Clearance for a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency in Washington D.C.
    The Communication Manager's responsibilities are as follows, to include but not limited to:

    Develop communication plans for the dissemination of relevant information to the staff regarding the status of the project, notifications of interruption to daily activities, potential outages, off –hour's works, etc.

    Create communications templates for the various means of communications to include: a building wide website, posters, TV monitor communications, boards, and presentations.

    Develop and manage communications to internal stakeholders.

    Required:
    Active Top Secret Clearance
    4-6 years of experience
    Bachelor's degree
    Demonstrated work experience in strategic and tactical communications
    Strong proficiency with target audience analysis, channel analysis, executing and measuring the performance and effectiveness of communications strategies
    Experience in designing and executing digital communications campaigns
    Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing and managing time effectively
    Demonstrates success at delivering presentations in an informative and succinct manner and addressing questions and feedback professionally
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
