Internal Services, we are looking for a
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (50-75% position) in Freeville, NY starting on
March 1st, 2023.

Your tasks:

  • Support in preparing payroll and salary accounting
  • Support in financial accounting (e.g. dunning, invoicing)
  • Processing of certificates and reporting
  • Maintenance of personnel master data
  • Correspondence with employees, social security institutions and authorities
  • Filing and general administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Relevant completed commercial education
  • Experience in payroll and/or financial accounting
  • Knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Affinity for numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Precise, structured and independent way of working
  • Teamwork and commitment
