Internal Services, we are looking for a
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (50-75% position) in Freeville, NY starting on
March 1st, 2023.

Your tasks:
- Support in preparing payroll and salary accounting
- Support in financial accounting (e.g. dunning, invoicing)
- Processing of certificates and reporting
- Maintenance of personnel master data
- Correspondence with employees, social security institutions and authorities
- Filing and general administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Relevant completed commercial education
- Experience in payroll and/or financial accounting
- Knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Affinity for numbers
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Precise, structured and independent way of working
- Teamwork and commitment
