    Description

    Job Title: Loan Servicer at Randstad

    Randstad is looking for skilled Loan Servicers with a background in financial services or mortgage settings. If you're proficient in Outlook, capable of managing pipelines, and have top-notch organizational skills, keep reading!

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and reconcile Closing Disclosure post-loan closing.
    • Conduct research through loan documents and online databases.
    • Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.
    • Update and note the system of record.
    • Prepare physical Closing Disclosures and checks for mailing.
    • Handle email and phone communications (30% phone).
    • Gather information from courthouses and county offices.
    • Verify fees for closing.
    • Print shipping labels.
