- Perform routine member transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more
- Examine checks and verify information for accuracy
- Process various transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire requests, and more
- Handle currency, coins, and checks, and prepare them for deposit
- Redeem savings bonds and process member check orders
- Assist members with account maintenance and account openings/closures
- Record transactions accurately and balance cash and check transactions daily
- Maintain cash levels, cash controls, and cross-sell Credit Union products
- Provide support to team members, resolve problems, and handle member complaints
- Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-starter with strong math and logic skills
- Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and familiarity with industry rules and regulations
