- Bachelor's degree in Astronautical or Aerospace Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or Master's degree in Aeronautical, Astronautical or Aerospace Engineering with 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD in Aeronautical, Astronautical or Aerospace Engineering with 4 years of related experience
- Systems Engineering background and/or certification
- Minimum 3 years of progressive technical leadership experience
- Practical knowledge of engineering principles
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Engineering tools and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Experience in multidisciplinary design and development teams
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
- Relevant certifications as per industry standards
- Prior experience with Minuteman III (MMIII) and Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) ICBMs
- Aerospace and Defense Industry background
- Familiarity with system-level modeling and simulation
- Knowledge of aircraft stability principles and control system design
- Understanding of aerospace principles and fundamentals of flight mechanics

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leading expert in ISR and aviation, serving as a prime integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. They provide end-to-end solutions including design, integration, testing, certification, training, and logistics support.
