About Us
BJM Real Estate GmbH, located in Neu-Isenburg, has been active in property management since 2018. We are a young company, but we are growing rapidly. Our field of activity includes renovating, furnishing, and renting out properties. Currently, we manage 22 properties in the Rhine-Main area, with a rising trend.

Therefore, we are looking for a
Cleaning Staff (m/f/d) in part-time/full-time, on invoice starting at
15 hours per week.


Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting intermediate cleanings in our properties (apartments)
  • Dropoff and pickup of laundry at the laundry service
  • Communication with the back office regarding any issues, repair needs, etc.
  • Management of laundry and cleaning supplies
  • Purchasing tasks

Your Profile

Driver's license class B required

  • Several years of professional experience in cleaning and/or housekeeping
  • Professional experience in handling cleaning, disinfecting, and care products
  • You are flexible (weekend work is also possible)
  • You speak good German
  • You are reliable and motivated
  • You have an independent way of working
  • You work in a solutionoriented manner
  • You are organized
