Lead the organization utilizing the talents of employees while building on current success in providing a high-quality product to loyal customers.
Role And ResponsibilitiesWill provide leadership to the operations teams (Wisconsin, Kansas & North Carolina)
Strategize long term planning, including capital needs to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations
Formulate and implement profit improvement and cost saving ideas
Monitor performance and ensure production schedules and quality expectations are met.
Ensure that the company is migrated toward technology offerings that will generate higher efficiency, enhanced reporting and tracking capabilities and substantial ROI
Working with HR, ensure the development of employees including continuing succession plans ensuring Rockstars GWC (Get it, want it, have the capacity to do it).
Ensure consistent safety practices and compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulationsLead Operations Team through utilizing EOS and Pinnacle concepts and tools
Travel to Kansas and North Carolina facilities a required minimum of 2x per year
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
5 years of manufacturing experience
Strong organizational, problem solving, communications, and project management skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
Ability to influence change
