This position is temporary.

Your responsibilities:

As a Marketing Employee (m/f/d) - Digital Event Management, you will bring a degree in business, communication, or media studies, ideally with a focus on event management.

You have professional experience in a similar position or in an agency environment. Experience with hybrid or digital corporate events is advantageous. You are open to new event formats. Your strengths include communication, initiative, and a structured and solution-oriented approach. Excellent German and English skills complete your qualifications.

You will primarily be responsible for consulting, conceptualizing, planning, and executing digital event formats as professional sales and communication measures (e.g. networking events, exclusive roundtables, forums, symposia, panel discussions).
You will translate our professional content into innovative and contemporary event formats.
You will present event concepts to internal stakeholders and coordinate their implementation within the project team.
You will accompany our virtual event formats (webcasts, live streams).
As part of project management, you will coordinate all internal and external trades and stakeholders for the event
