At Buena, located in San Manuel, AZ, we work every day to make property management more efficient through software.

We are radically rethinking traditional property management processes, such as the rental process:

With Buena, apartments practically rent themselves: First, the apartment is added to the system and a photographer is automatically ordered to take photos. Then, a description is written and our software uploads the listing to all major real estate platforms in Germany. Interested parties upload their documents to the Buena app and are granted access for viewings. They can choose a viewing appointment and find a key box at the building, which they can open with a code from the Buena app. Interested parties can independently view the apartment and sign the rental agreement on their phone. The apartment has been rented without a Buena employee having to enter the apartment or communicate with a potential tenant.
