For our location in Föritztal, we are currently looking for a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing a smooth workflow during the shift
Supervising the employees of the shift
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Recording all relevant production data for successful information exchange
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the production area
Acting as a substitute for machine operators
Conducting trainings and instructions
Supervising all machines, equipment, and devices in production

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Several years of experience in the industry and in shift and employee management
Completed technical education, preferably as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
Preferably experience in plastic injection molding
Team and cooperation skills
