Description
A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a qualified and experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment at a top healthcare client in Walnut Creek, California.
The Case Manager RN will coordinate continuity of care as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare organizations. They will also work to promote self-managed care and cost-effective use of healthcare resources. The right candidate will have eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Case Manager setting, an active RN license, BLS certifications, and a degree from an accredited nursing program.
This position comes with weekly pay, full coverage of all credentialing fees, private housing or housing allowance, group health insurance for you and your family, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, and 401(k) matching. Unlimited referral bonuses of up to $1,000 are also available.
