Your task:

You are a confident salesperson in the Telekom Shop team.

In customer consultations, you convince as a customer understanding expert who uses their extensive knowledge effectively and presents our product world in a lively manner.

With your professional experience, you support your colleagues in a cooperative and experienced manner in technical matters.

As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You advise and sell standard products and services
  • You clarify critical and complex customer concerns
  • You perform various service tasks at the service counter
  • You participate in productspecific sales promotion measures in the region
  • You support the training and guidance of employees in the shop

Your Profile:

You have completed vocational training and have specific job-related training or relevant professional experience. Due to your professional experience, you already have expertise in sales.

Furthermore, you possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • Confident demeanor and enjoyment of sales
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it
  • High level of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
  • Willingness to adapt working hours to the standard opening hours and customer traffic
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Sales and negotiation skills
