The Project Management Agency Jülich consists of approximately 1600 employees and is responsible for the IT infrastructure in the "Services Project Funding" (SPF) business area, SPF department 4, in the SPF group 41.


Your tasks:


You will primarily support the SPF group 41 in setting up, operating and managing the IT systems of the Project Management Agency Jülich.


The main focus of your work will be:

  • Support for userrelated hardware and software in technical and administrative aspects, including video conferencing systems or mobile devices
  • User support, especially regarding error reports, analysis and resolution
  • Setup and dismantling of technical workstations and management of hardware loan devices, including issuing loan laptops
  • User consultation for selecting individual solutions for the use of hardware and software
  • Installation, configuration, expansion and modification of hardware and software
  • Software maintenance by installing patches
  • Maintenance of user accounts and permissions, as well as maintaining inventory records
  • Creation of documentation
