CREATING PRODUCT AND SYSTEM-RELATED DOCUMENTATION

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Creating system specifications / documentation for customer projects (sales / project phase)
  • Toolsupported configuration / combination of standard texts and drawings (products) and projectspecific content / projectspecific adjustments
  • Continuous improvement of documentation structure, product knowhow through research and dealing with the product and system to be documented
  • Collection of all relevant information for the customer target group
  • Content creation in coordination with product / project management, development / engineering and sales according to internal and external customer requirements
  • Transformation, preparation and structuring of information
  • Independent processing of documentation projects, taking into account the milestones of customer projects

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Qualification as a technical writer and / or technical or linguistic background
  • Experience in the field of technical documentation with the ability to clearly structure complex technical relationships, present them didactically and formulate them in a target grouporiented manner
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
  • Very good language skills in spoken and written German and English
  • Strong communication skills (research, target grouporiented preparation of information) with the ability to work in a team
