Staatsanzeiger eServices GmbH, a company of the Südwestdeutsche Medienholding (SWMH), is currently seeking a Customer Support/Training Employee (m/f/d) for a 12-month contract in Mattydale, NY.


Who we are:
Staatsanzeiger eServices GmbH offers electronic procurement and distribution services for tender documents and a pre-qualification service.

We are the market leader in Bavaria and currently have over 3,500 Bavarian procurement offices and 20,000 companies using our e-procurement platform.

In addition, we offer the FormularServer24 as an e-service for the public sector and administration.


Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Support/Training Employee, your main task will be to provide "help for self-help".

You will conduct internal and external product and online trainings for customers and employees, as well as develop training videos to create an "on-demand" knowledge database.

You will also be responsible for communication and correspondence with customers and sales partners, as well as working closely with internal and external employees.

Other tasks include customer/staff data maintenance, general office, sales, and administrative tasks, preparing statistics and evaluations for future processes, and supporting the development of our electronic offerings.

You will also provide telephone support for our customers.


What we expect from you:

  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of tendering/procurement for construction, services, and supplies (procurement law)
